What if I'm having trouble with my shipment?
If you're having trouble receiving your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@usaffenzahn.com.
If your order is marked as delivered but, you haven't received it, please contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. If you contact us after 2 or more weeks have passed, there's no guarantee that we will be able to successfully reship or reimburse you for your order.
