Returns

What is your return policy?

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached

Return process

Please use the prepaid shipping label sent to you after requesting a return. A $9 return fee will be deducted from your return refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. you will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
